6D law no. 185 (22/05/1999) is obliged to accept returned
goods. Should you wish to return any goods to us you
must fax or email us within in 10 days of receiving
your order.
Upon receiving your order, please check immediately:
•The number of goods
•The goods delivered are the goods you ordered
•These correlate to the invoice and the confirmation
email you received
•The goods are not damaged or altered
Should you have an incomplete order or goods are
missing or damaged please contact us immediately

giving full details of all that is not satisfactory.
For those customers wishing to return goods we
need to receive an email via on-line customer service;
clienti@TRAVELRELAXENJOY.COM and if possible a fax
to; 0039 (0) 836 574395 giving written confirmation
of your request to return goods, your order number
and invoice number, which goods you wish to return
with their product code as indicated on the invoice
sheet. We also require you bank code and details
for return payment. It is customer service that
deals with all returns. After notification within
10 days we will activate your RMA code (returned
goods coding classification) for ease of transport.
Acceptance of returned goods is of course dependent
upon:
•All returned goods being intact or undamaged
(unless previously specified)
•Costs of returned, undamaged goods are met
by the customer
•Once returned goods are checked for damage
and acceptance or not confirmed with the customer
After you have been allocated a RMA code, customers
must return goods re-packaged accordingly and in
good condition. TRAVELRELAXENJOY.COM
reserve the right to refuse goods returned in bad
packaging.
Each returned item needs to be marked with the
RMA code. All goods returned without this coding
on them will not be refunded.
